You Really Can Land That Dream Medical Job!
June 12th 2011 -
As the size of the office gets larger more medical administrative assistant jobs will need to be filled. So, as you can well imagine Kaiser Permanente Jobs can be very demanding. The busier the job will be the less room there are for mistakes. Having an office we need six assistants to handle the administrative side of things creates for very hectic environment that not many can handle. Working at these bigger clinics will also mean that you will encounter less qualified patients. As part of your requirements you’ll have to administer medical file checks, insurance checks, and most likely throughout the day you’ll have to create new files for about 1/5 of all the patients that you’ll meet.
The job again can still be made even more hectic by working in an even larger environment like Kaiser. In these environments you’ll probably be working with tens of other medical administrative assistants, who are all doing the same thing as you don’t probably doing it better, and giving you something to shoot for. Throughout the day you’ll be battling to do your job the best to get the promotion that you want. Taking on a medical administrative assistant job at a location of this size means that you’ll have to enroll your patients, you’ll have to be the receptionists for all the call-in appointments, you’ll have to be scheduling appointments nonstop throughout the day, and on top of that making sure the credentials of all the patients that sign in and register are real and true.
