Team Building for Every Mood

I work in a learning and development department for a large multinational organisation. One area of my job is to help arrange all the various different team building requirements for all the teams - whether it is for three people or 300 people. I have to go and do the research and find out what team building is best for which teams. But it is not as simple as using the same option for all of them as they all have different requirements and timings. So I have to get it just right. I have to find the right team building to fit their mood so to speak. A bit like with songs, there are so many of them but you have to select the ones you want to listen to for the mood you are in. And if you get it right you will be very happy. If you choose the wrong one it will unsettle you.
