10 most expensive homes sold so far in 2022

It’s been a busy first six months of the year for real estate transactions in Southwest Florida. The Fort Myers and Naples region has been identified as one of the hottest housing markets in the country since the beginning of 2022.

In Lee County, it is not surprising that coastal homes in Captiva and Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs dominate the list of the ten most expensive homes sold in the first six months of the year.
